Austin Dyches is a veteran, father, and committed democratic socialist running to represent Maryland's 3rd Congressional District. Not as a career politician, but as someone who has served his country and now fights for the working families who built it. Austin is a member of the Frederick Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and organizes with many groups near his home in Mount Airy, MD.
Austin believes that real change doesn't come from polite requests. It comes from organized people building power, making demands, and refusing to accept anything less than justice. From the labor movement to the civil rights struggle, progress has always required disruption.
